NEW DISTRIBUTOR - GETTING STARTED

Congratulations on starting your new Xocai Healthy Chocolate business!

We have created this website to hopefully become your one-stop-shop when trying to decipher and go through all the various websites and resources that are available to help you learn your business and begin introducing prospects to the information.

The first 48 hours are key to get your business off to a great start. Here is a quick bullet point list to get you started.
  • PLAN: Meet and have a planning session with your sponsor over the phone or in person.  Your sponsor is your advocate in the business.  They are there to help you in building your business.  However, they are not there to build your business for you.  This is YOUR business.  If you treat it like a business, it will pay you like a business at some point.  If you treat it like a hobby, it will pay you like a hobby.  Here are a few things your sponsor will discuss with you during the intial conversation.
    • WHY you want to do the business - this is crucial to know so that you have this to fall back on when things don't seem to be going as you planned.  Do you want to get out of debt?  Do you want to be financially free so you can travel?  Do you have a desire to help people financially?  Do you need to pay for college?  What would you do with the extra income?  What is the most important goal you want to achieve?  Determine your WHY and write it down.
    • SET GOALS.  How many hours per day or per week can you give to your business?  What are you willing to give to accomplish these goals in terms of time, energy and financial investment?
    • SET A SCHEDULE.  This is important whether you already have a job and are doing this part-time to create an additional stream of income or this is your full time work.  Setting a schedule will help you stay on track and be focused.
  • REVIEW: "Quick Start Guide - Your First 48 Hours in Xocai" from the Starter Kit.
  • PRODUCTS:  Get to know the products.
  • BACK OFFICE: Learn your Back-Office.
  • BUSINESS CARDS: Order your Business Cards.
  • YOUR BUSINESS WEBSITE:  Setting up your website is an easy process.  Your Back-Office will take you step by step through setting up your website under MY WEBSITE, starting with MY STORY.  Your website address will be a generic address unique to you.  However, you may want to purchase a domain name that is unique to your healthy chocolate business and easy to memorize. An example of a company that does this for you is www.godaddy.com.
  • TOOLS:  Place a tools order.  Ask your sponsor for suggested tools.
  • BLOG:  Check the Xocai Colorado Team website (our team blog) often as it will be updated at least weekly and the resources to the right are excellent.
  • CONFERENCE CALLS:  Get on the weekly conference calls for education, training, having your prospects join on the calls as well. Be on the Monday Night Corporate Calls using your Back Office/Webinars link
  • WEB MEETINGS:  Listen via your computer to various webmeetings going on throughout the day.
  • LIST OF PROSPECTS:  Use the Memory Jogger information to help you with a list of prospects.  Determine who you'd want to go on a cruise with :-) They will become your Board of Directors and the team you want to train so they can go out and train their people using the Xocai Colorado Team blog.
  • CALLING:  Utilize 3-way calling with your sponsor or upline following the principals in this link.
  • SIZZLE CALLSend your prospects to 1.801.437.5994 to listen to one of the Ambassadors tell a brief story about the chocolate. This tool can do the talking for you
  • Show the Business via chocolate tasting parties, one-on-one, via the phone, introduction through facebook or twitter.  Utilize your sponsor to help with ideas for launching your business.
  • Understand that we have a gift to give someone:  health and financial freedom.
  • Follow-Up with a Telephone Call.  Answer questions, provide additional information and ask if they are ready to get started.
  • Plug them in to this website.
