Recipe: Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

1/4 C Flaxseed
1/2 C Oat Flour
1/2 C Rolled Oats
1/2 C Honey (or Agave equivalent)
1 C Natural Peanut or Almond Butter
8 Xocai Nuggets

Take flaxseed and 1/2 C Rolled oats and grind them in a blender together. Place in mixing bowl with Rolled Oats, Honey and Peanut Butter. Beat until well blended. Before making them into balls, put batter in freezer for 15-20 minutes. Roll into balls then place back in freezer for 30 minutes to an hour.

Melt 8 Nuggets, Squares or Xobiotics for 1 minute in microwave or until melted.

Dip tops of peanut butter mixture into balls and dip in melted chocolate. Place on wax paper and let set in refrigerator.


Experiment with adding coconut, chopped up Xocai chocolate for chocolate chip effect or use the Xocai Sipping Chocolate.
